My precious 12 day old has had three baths already. Turns out, he is not all that fond of them. He likes being in the water in his 4Moms Infant Tub but when scrubbing and rinsing time comes, he is all scrunchy and crying. Which of course puts my mom protection instincts on alert.
But when I place him on his Snow Angel towel from Big Bee, Little Bee, he instantly calmed down. The towel has this amazing cushion he can lay on while being on the kitchen counter next to his bath. Yes, no more wrapping with a towel and trying to dry holding him or running to a bed. The cushion is nice and thick, and while I’d still be careful laying them on it, it definitely is a comfort away from the hard tile.
The sleeves of the Snow Angel are another amazing feature. Instead of trying to dry him with outer edges of a towel or unwrapping him and making him cold, I can open up one layer or sleeve of the towel and dry one section of him while the rest is nice and warm. I love this and so does he. Granted at some point, he is back to crying because as with all newborns, they want to be held, feeding or sleeping. But the Snow Angel allows me to finish bathtime in a calm, safe manner and just helps to ease this momma’s nerves. Because if Patch (our newborn’s nickname), is happy then I’m uber happy.
I came across the Snow Angel at the LA Baby Expo a few weeks ago. I ordered the next day which is lucky since I had Patch four weeks early. I had a great discussion with the creator of the Snow Angel and just knew this product would be a hit. One of the many great products that I learned about at the LA Baby Show.
