This week my crazy moment is truly a crazy one. It happens the last few days of a cycle. I haven’t been able to get rid of the idea that every time I have to go to the bathroom during those last few days, it’s like marching to a shooting line. My heart pounds. I start to sweat. Before I even pee, I’m wiping to see if I see any color. Not once, but several times. Holding the toilet paper up to the light to see if there is color. Spotting is the enemy. It tells you that af is coming. Which means the end of your hopes and dreams for that month.
Of course I take crazy one step further…that’s just who I am. I have associated every bowel movement with starting spotting. It just seems to coincide. So if I have to around those days…it’s like I know af is going to start. I dread the bathroom so much one week a month. It’s amazing.
